Recommended Track: L.van Beethoven – Romanza per violino e orchestra in F Major,

• Sliced Bread
• butter
• Parma ham, cooked ham, Salame di Felino, Spalla Cotta…..
• Pickled mushrooms, artichokes, pearl onions….
• Toothpicks (!!!!!!)

Remove the crusts from the sides of the sliced bread. Spread a small amount of butter, add a slice of spalla cotta, and finish with a pickled mushroom or artichoke secured with a toothpick.

This one’s super simple!
